There are many other attractions in the area such as Wet & Wild , Sea World, Universal Studios and Universal's Islands of Adventure . All of these great theme parks are within easy reach of Silver Creek.

About an hour to the East you will find the Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful Atlantic beaches of Cocoa and Daytona . Drive south west and within an hour's easy drive you can visit Busch Gardens or explore historic Tampa . Drive on further to find the Gulf Coast with its wonderful warm waters, beautiful silver sand beaches and great fishing in the calm waters of the Caribbean. The string of safe intracoastal waterways are great to explore when you rent a jet-ski or pontoon boat. To the west, you will find the Crystal River with the opportunity to swim with manatees in waters that really are crystal clear!

Shopping is really easy and convenient with stores like Winn-Dixie and Walmart at the end of the road! Other stores are within easy reach! However, if shopping is a more serious activity for you and you enjoy searching for that 'Special Offer' or unrepeatable 'Bargain' then the Orlando area will be your fantasy come true.
